Called your Baton Rouge franchise for the first time today.  They are AWESOME!  I didn't know that level of professionalism existed anymore...who would have thought I would find it at an air conditioner repair company.  Someone put together an incredible business model/franchise selection process/training program!

WOW! Had a friend recommend this company when I needed my AC worked on so I called them. They stayed in contact with an ETA for the tech, he arrived cleanly dress in uniform, introduced himself, handed me a business card, put a mat down to wipe his shoes off, put on booties, evaluated the problem, supplied an estimate, did the work which required parts he had with him, picked up all trash, charged me the estimated price, look me in the eye and said thanks for calling AireServ we appreciate the business! They earned my future business, which hopefully will not be alot :) My review to the person who recommended the was " holy #%^&! batman these guys are great"
